Smethport- Payton Isabella Brown, infant daughter of Dustin and Jeannie Carpenter Brown, died Saturday (January 9, 2010) in the Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia, PA. She was born January 8, 2010, in Children's of Philadelphia.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by
two sisters: Miranda Ruffner and Elizabeth Ruffner
one brother: Robert Ruffner

Payton was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather, Ralph Carpenter, and her Paternal Great Grandfather, Stanley Austin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2010, from 11 AM to 1PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., Smethport. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1 PM Thursday, with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Farmers Valley.
