Port Allegany - Helene L. Turner, 83, of Port Allegany, passed away Thursday (March 28, 2024) at UPMC-Cole, Coudersport.

She was born November 12, 1940 in Port Allegany, the daughter of Clare and Marie Cummings Crowe. On June 1, 1963 in Port Allegany, she married George Turner, who survives.

Mrs. Turner was a graduate of Port Allegany High School and employed by Ethan Allen in Eldred, Pa.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons; Michael E. Turner and Paul C. Turner both of Port Allegany PA,

Two sisters; Betty Stebbins of Port Allegany PA, Donna Blose of Eldred PA,

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Ralph and Thomas Crowe and one sister Nancy Whyte .

There will be no visitation or services at this time.

Burial will be in the Grimes Cemetery, Port Allegany.
