Smethport - Walter B. “Bucky” Russell, Jr., 83, of Limestone, NY, passed away Saturday (April 12, 2025) at Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY.
He was born May 4, 1941 in Farmers Valley, the son of Walter, Sr. and Violet (Hibbard) Russell.
He was a graduate of Smethport High School and was an oil field laborer, employed by Dallas-Morris Co. of Bradford.
Following Walter’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport.
