Smethport - Carol Susan “Suzie” Johnson, 46, of Smethport, passed away peacefully on Tuesday (July 29, 2025) at Lakeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Smethport.

She was born December 27, 1978 in Port Allegany, the daughter of Karl A. and the late Carol E. (Potter) Johnson.

Carol Susan was a graduate of Smethport High School and Bradford High School.

A true light in life. Suzie loved everyone. May we learn from her. As in life, so in death.

She is survived by:

Father: Karl A. Johnson of Smethport

Brother:  August H. “Gus” Johnson of Smethport

And several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol on May 2, 2017.

Services will be held privately with the family. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport.
