Sandy...Not sure if you remember me or not, but I remember your Mom and Dad really well.
Two of the nicest people I ever met. You and Nadine were both younger than me, but I remember
both of you. Never got a chance to send condolences for Nadine. Terrible loss. It hit me hard when
I heard that she had passed. Anyhow, just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about the three
that moved on ahead of us. May they rest in peace. Take care, Sandy...LeRoy Work

Sandy, I am so sorry to read of the loss of your mother. I don't know if you will remember me, but I was one of the first generation 4-H Rough Riders and did not realize that your mother is the one who started that group. So many good memories of those years. I remember Nadine riding her beautiful black horse. I do not remember her horse's name, but just how beautiful he was. Your dad was so wonderful to come to our rescue once, when one of our horses got too close to a porcupine! I can still see your dad pulling the quills out of our horse's nose! You many not know that I also worked with your mother at Producer's Bank as part of the high school's first year of "On the Job Training" in the late 60's. The bank hired me on for the summer. Your mother taught me so much about banking, which later became a wonderful career for me. I will always remember your mother's beautiful smile, the sound of her laughter and her loving/giving personality. Deepest Sympathies to you and your family. Cheryl "Herzog" Juhasz.

I am going to miss Helen. She was more than just a client to me. We became friends. I admired her accomplishments in life and her sense of civic duty, her need and want to be involved in things and her devotion to making this world a better place for all of us to live in. I loved talking with her on our trips and gaining so much knowledge and historical perspectives. Yes, the light of the world burns a little dimmer now. God's speed Helen. And thank you.

Helen was a most wonderful lady that I had the privilege of working with in both the American Legion Auxiliary and the 8&40.
It was an honor to be one of Cole's Critters in the American Legion Auxiliary the year she served as Western Vice President and I was one of her 12 District presidents. Helen was always someone who had a smile, a hug, and a kind word for everyone. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Helen was a dear friend of mine. We met through the American Legion Auxiliary Department of PA meetings. For the past several years she was my travel buddy and we always met at the Barrell House for lunch prior to traveling to various parts of the state. She was so full of knowledge concerning ALA bylaws and protocols. She taught me so much.
I stayed at home home several times to rest up for my travel back to Erie County.
It deeply saddens me to have lost such a dear friend. Due to prior committed appointments I am unable to attend her services, but I will have her close in my heart.
Condolences to her family.
