Port Allegany - Theresa K. Wiley-Bayline, 48, of Port Allegany, died Saturday (October 31, 2009), from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born Feb 21, 1961 in Philadelphia, a daughter of Robert and Anna Wood Slevenski. On May 2, 2009, in Port Allegany, PA, she married David N. Bayline, who died October 31, 2009, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Theresa was a 1979 graduate of Frankford High School, and attended Bucks County Community College in 1979 and 1980, and in 2004-2005, she studied business management at the University of Phoenix. Theresa worked as a billing coordinator for Level (3) Communications, LLC, of Coudersport, PA. She previously worked for Fidelity Integrated Financial Services in Reading, PA, as a team leader for reconcilement, Fiserv in Norristown, PA, as a reconcilement specialist, and Sovereign Bank in Wyomissing, PA, as a senior ACH/EFT specialist. In addition to her father, she is survived by two daughters: Sarah Wiley Skipp and Lauren Wiley of Downingtown, PA, one sister: Ann Marie "Penny" Slevenski one brother: Robert W. Slevenski, Sr. of Haddonfield, NJ She was preceded in death by her mother. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 5-8PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc, 105 N Main St, Port Allegany, PA. Funeral and committal services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, Nov. 4, from the Port Allegany United Methodist Church, Port Allegany, with the Rev. Randall Headley, pastor, officiating.
