Port Allegany - Doreen Skinner, 63, of Port Allegany, passed away Tuesday (June 8, 2021) at UPMC-Hamot, Erie. She was born April 7, 1958 in Baltimore, MD to Vincent and Jeanette (Promutico) Micucci. She's survived by Carl Skinner, whom she married on Oct. 8, 1993. Doreen was a homemaker tending to the needs of her family. In addition to her husband, she is survived by: Daughters: Lisa (Bobby) Nay of Cary, NC and Tracy Pessia of Bradford, PA Grandchildren: Brianna, Logan, Von, Sullivan, Jelena and Great-grandchild, Aiden Siblings: Kathy, Theresa, Rosie and Vincent And several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Doreen was preceded in death by one sister Linda. Visitation will be held privately with the family. A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
