Obituary of Sarah J. Shaffer
Smethport - Sarah J. Shaffer, 47, of Shinglehouse, passed away Tuesday (January 11, 2022) at Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY.
She was born July 14, 1974 in Bradford, the daughter of Andrew Heffner, Sr. and Gloria Lowry.
Sarah was a graduate of Smethport High School and was employed by Duffy, Inc, Smethport, as a truck driver.
She enjoyed fishing, hunting and driving truck.
In addition to her father, Sarah is survived by:
One daughter: Amy Nellis of Turtlepoint
Two sons: Lewis Shaffer and L.J. Shaffer, both of Port Allegany
Four brothers: Andrew E. (Dana) Heffner, Jr. of Ashtabula, OH, Randy R. (Michelle) Heffner of Ormsby, Stan (Danielle) Heffner of Bradford and Simon Peter Heffner
And Several nieces and nephews
Sarah was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Heffner on Aug. 27, 2021, and one brother, Samuel I. Heffner on Oct. 25, 2010.
There will be no visitation or services.
