Obituary of Debra Lee Vossler
Smethport - Debra Lee Vossler, 70, of Smethport, passed away Tuesday (January 18, 2022) at Bradford Regional Medical Center, Bradford.
She was born July 30, 1951 in Bradford, the daughter of Clarence Barrett and Margaret Conner Barrett. On November 29, 1969, in St. Elizabeth Church, Smethport, she married Mark R. Vossler, who survives.
Debra was a 1969 graduate of Smethport High School. She received her Associate Degree in Accounting from Olean Business Institute in 2002.
Deb had worked out of high school for Pennzoil as a switchboard operator/secretary in her early years. She then worked for Jaguar in Smethport, then for Airco-Speer, McKean County CYS, and finally for the McKean County Landfill as the office manager, where she retired.
Deb loved NASCAR. She was an avid NFL fan, and a huge Washington Redskins fan. She enjoyed knitting, was a Keating Township Auditor, loved going on cruises and beach trips, and travelling in general. She especially loved visiting with her children and grandchildren.

Two sons: Shawn (Pam) Vossler and Jason (Lori) Vossler, both of Smethport
Four grandchildren: Brandon Vossler, Amanda Vossler, Zack Vossler and Marissa Hogestyn
2 great grandchildren: Braelynn Vossler and Emma Claire Pisani
Two sisters: Patricia Barrett-Reed of New Mexico and Jean Dare of Lewistown, PA
One brother: Clarence Barrett, Jr. of New Mexico
And several nieces and nephews.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 5-7 PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., 2 Bank St., Smethport, where funeral services will begin at 7 PM with the Rev. Brian Vossler, officiating. Burial will be Saturday at 11 AM in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette.
