Obituary of Eilene M. Windsor
Port Allegany - Eilene M. Windsor, 77, of Turtlepoint, passed away Tuesday (February 15, 2022) at Olean General Hospital, Olean.
She was born May 16, 1944 in Cleveland, OH. On February 7, 2007, in Coudersport, she married Arthur L. Windsor, who survives.
Eilene graduated from Cleveland schools. She had worked for AT&T in New Jersey and then for Johnston Tools in Port Allegany.
She was a member of the Amercian Legion Auxiliary of Port Allegany. Eilene loved gardening, woodworking and her dogs.

Two sons: Robert (Anna Boston) Bernasco of Ocean Park, FL and Raymond L. (Becky) Windsor of Shreve, OH
Two daughters: Linda Hoffee of Wooster, OH and Diane (Richard) Aber of Kent, OH
Grandchildren: Robert (Kelly) Hoffee, William (Rachel) Hoffee, Raymond D. Windsor, and Renee (Scott) Hawkins
Great grandchildren: Toren Hoffee, Marris Hoffee, Maxwell Kane, Jacob Kane, Zane Stacey, Jason Hawkins, Sloane Hoffee and Harper Windsor
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nina Melinger, and one son in law, Robert L. Hoffee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 18, from 4-7 PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., 105 Main St., Port Allegany. Funeral and committal services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Michael Culver, officiating. Burial will be in Annin Creek Cemetery, Turtlepoint.
