Shinglehouse - Angela Denise Specht, 39, of Shinglehouse, “Gave up the Ghost” on Wednesday (July 20, 2022) at her residence in Shinglehouse, surrounded by her family.

 

She was born October 14, 1982 in Coudersport, the daughter of Wayne Wright and Barbara Spiegel. On Sept. 12, 2017, in Louisiana, she married Eric Specht, who survives.

 

Angela had been a stay at home mom that home schooled and tended to the needs of her family.

 

She was involved with the Home School Legal Organization.

 

In addition to her husband, Eric, of Shinglehouse, she is survived by her father, Wayne (Becca) Wright of Port Allegany and her mother Barbara Spiegel of Port Allegany

One daughter:  Clara Specht at home

Three sons:  Tucker, Jethro and Waylon Smith, all at home

Three step sons:  Recchi Specht of Erie, PA, River Specht of Coudersport, and Stone Specht of Port Allegany

Two brothers:  Matthew (Cathy) Wright of Emporium and Jesse (Jessica) Wright of Port Allegany.

Paternal grandparents:  Rex (Linda) Wright and Okla Sweet of Port Allegany

And several nieces and nephews

 

Angela was preceded in death by a step daughter, Tessa Specht.

 

Private burial will be held with the family in Lamphier Cemetery, Eldred, PA.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., Port Allegany.
