Obituary of Frank Urial Pierce
Smethport - Frank Urial Pierce, 49, of Eldred, passed away Friday (August 19, 2022) at UPMC-Hamot, Erie.
He was born June 13, 1973 in Olean, NY, the son of William Pierce and Rebecca Klink Pierce. On February 15, 2019, in Bradford, PA, he married Jeanine M. Jones, who survives.
Frank graduated from Belfast, NY schools and attended Alfred State of Wellsville, NY for culinary arts.
Frank had been a truck driver for a period of time, but lastly was a line cook employed by Perkins of Olean, NY.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and cooking and baking, especially for Holiday dinners.
In addition to his wife, Jeanine, he is survived by:
Three sons: Ross Pierce and Joshua Pierce, both of Eldred, and Nicholas Pierce of San Antonio, TX
Two daughters: Orry and Shania Pierce, both of Eldred
Two grandchildren: Benjamin and Violet
Two sisters: Edythe Smith of Eldred and Roberta Black of Tennessee
One brother: William Pierce of Oil City, PA
And several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no visitation. A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at a later date with the family.
