Obituary of Kenneth C. Chester
Crosby - Kenneth C. Chester, 73, of Sewickley, passed away Monday (May 15, 2023) at his camp on Kandare Camp Lane, Crosby.
He was born January 18, 1950 in Sewickley, PA, the son of Kenneth and Dorothy (Mellott) Chester. On July 31, 1976, in Smethport, he married Sandra K. Jordan, who survives.
Ken graduated high school and then received his x-ray technician certification. He ultimately was mechanic and owner, along with his wife, of “Sharp N Fix”, their own lawn and garden repair shop in Sewickley.
Ken loved to come up to his camp and stay on Kandare Camp Lane in Crosby.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
Two daughters: Colleen and Mallory Chester, both of Sewickley, PA
Two sons: Kirk Chester of New Sewickley Twp., PA and Casey Chester of Big Beaver Twp., PA
Four grandchildren: Colton, Jordan, Camden and Caiden
One sister: Doreen Edsall of Florida
Ken was preceded in death by his parents.
At Ken’s request, there will be no visitation or services at this time. A celebration of Ken’s life will be planned at a future date.
