Port Allegany - Charlene J. Blose, 59, of Roulette, passed away Sunday (January 19, 2025) at UPMC-Cole, Coudersport.

She was born January 1, 1966 in North Tonawanda, the daughter of John and Sandra (Hicks) Blose .

Charlene was a 1984 graduate of Port Allegany High School and was a U.S. Army veteran having served from 1986 to 1994.

She is survived by her father John Blose.

She was preceded in death by her mother a brother John D. Blose and a sister Stephanie A. Blose.

Military Honors will be accorded by the Port Allegany Honor Guard at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Home 105 N main St., Port Allegany, PA, at a later date and time to be announced. .

Burial will be in North Tonawanda, NY.

Memorials may be made to the cherity of the donor’s choice.
