Obituary of LeRoy Stiles, Jr.

Smethport - LeRoy Stiles, Jr., 54, of Lafayette Township., died Wednesday (May 14, 2014) in UPMC-Hamot, Erie. He was born Aug. 21, 1959 in Kane, a son of LeRoy “Roy” and Virginia Grace Spaich Stiles, Sr. Mr. Stiles worked for M&M Woodcrafters, then Flickerwood Products, and lastly, Holgate Toy Company. He actively donated to local churches and Fire Departments. He is survived by: one son: George (Carlethia) Washington Burnette of Winter Garden, FL, four Grandchildren three sisters: Nora Stiles and Rose Taylor of Lewis Run and Victoria Lunn of Ridgway three brothers: Robert Stiles in North Carolina, Michael Stiles of Port Allegany and John Stiles of Lewis Run, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Rocky and LeRoy; three brothers, James, Richard and Stephen Stiles; and two sisters, Elizabeth Pierce and Artimisha Stiles. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-6 PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., 2 Bank St., Smethport, where funeral and committal will be held at 6 PM, with the Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Bradford, officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
