To Charles and the Family of Carole,
We in Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Erie send our sincere condolences and prayers to all of you on the loss of your dear Wife, Mother and Grandmother. I met Carole only one time,in the year 2000, when Chuck and Carole were honored with the Catholic Charities Caritas Award. What a beautiful choice they were for that award; it was so well deserved. I remember thinking at the time: this is no "ordinary" woman. I still have the little wooden bus that was on the tables that night; my own grandchildren have played with it over these years. May you be at peace with the beautiful legacy that she left you as a special, beyond-ordinary woman. Know that we hold you and Carole in our prayer.

I am so sorry to hear of Carole's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I have so many fond memories of being at her and Chuck's house. Late nights in the big redwood swimming pool, playing cards with all the kids, Gary playing the piano and countless cookouts and trips to Costas to buy food. I am sorry I can't make it to the funeral. I had made other plans weeks ago. God Bless.

I am so sorry to hear of Carole's passing. Our family always had such a good time when we visited when I was growing up. Carole always made us feel so welcome in her home.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend her funeral, but I will be keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Carol was just a wonderful lady, she always made my ride to school a happy one. We always felt special to have her for our driver. She will be missed by all. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for your loss.
