Thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this wonderful woman. Although I have never met her, her granddaughter Susan is a friend and co-worker whom embodies all the same qualities of her grandmother. --Scott Roy and family.

I was so saddened to read of Barb's passing. The memories of 60 to 65 years still feels like only yesterday. The love and admiration that I and all of my generation feel for Andy and Barb are to this day still felt. The days, weeks, and months we spent there will be forever part of my life. I have stopped several times at the nursing home to see Barb and have her meet my wife. The first thing Barb said was " Ernie, it is so good to see family".
Please accept my condolences and Thanks for the memories.

first of all let me say great job on picture. your mom and my 2nd mom sure was beautiful then and still beautiful the day she went home to rest. i feel like barb was like a 2nd mom to me as her youngest daughter and i were always together. Babe and i spent alot of time at her home and we sure did enjoy all her moms goodies. we really loved her dill pickles, no one will ever replace the love that she put into her goodies. i remember the churned butter she also made, and once again no one will ever top that either. i remember how she would sometimes get upset with us and she would take a stern stand, and if you were smart you would listen to her, because you knew that Andy would be home and you would be corrected. i remember alot of fun and laughs with barb and for that i will always be glad she was part of my life. this lady deserves a rest now, she worked hard all her life and she will be missed. God's speed and God Bless your family.your loving 1/2 daughter Brenda Stebick Young. love you all.
