I'm sorry for your loss. It sounds like he instilled his love of the outdoors and boating to your family which you will always be able to share with him in memory when you hear the snapping of twigs in your walks, the glimpse of deer through the brush, or the smell of briny water droplets while gliding in the ocean. I was fortunate enough to know Mr. Digel through my grandfather, Carl Ferman. Bob would always take time to chat with me at the bus garage when he brought a vehicle down to be worked on or inspected, and I was pleased to be able do some painting on his Willys jeep for him. I'll always have fond memories of Mr. Digel. My deepest sympathies from our family to yours.
