Obituary of Roxanne Sue Taylor

Port Allegany - Roxanne Sue Taylor, 60, of Port Allegany, died Monday (December 12, 2016) in the Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, NY. She was born April 16, 1956 in Coudersport, a daughter of Burdette and Marge Erway. On June 21, 1980, in Coudersport, she married Lalloyd "Pete" Taylor, who survives. Mrs. Taylor was a 1974 graduate of Coudersport High School and was employed at Adelphia Cable & Communications for 35 years. She was a member of the Port Allegany VFW Auxiliary #6391. In addition to her husband, she is survived by: two sons: Brian (Katie) Taylor and Christopher Taylor, both of Port Allegany two step sons: Michael (Jennifer) Taylor and Mark (Corrie) Taylor, both of Port Allegany 9 Grandchildren two sisters: Candice Erway of Somerset, PA and Penny Erway of Niles, OH three brothers: Thomas Erway of Wilmington, NC, Burdette Erway, Jr. and William Erway, both of Coudersport, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the S.W. Smith Library, 201 E.
