Obituary of Lucille M. Ault

Smethport - Lucille M. Ault, 89, of Farmers Valley, PA, went to heaven (December 15, 2017) from Bradford Regional Medical Center, Bradford. She was born Aug. 17, 1928 in Farmers Valley, a daughter of Ward R. and Cleva M. Parker Bickford. She was formerly married to Harold K. Ault, Sr., who preceded her in death. Ms. Ault was a 1946 graduate of Smethport High School and attended Erie Beauty School. Lucille traveled to many areas and resided in multiple places with her husband, in accordance with the needs of his job. When she returned to the area, she lived next door to the house where she was originally born in Farmers Valley. Ms. Ault worked for Viko of Eldred and also as a cafeteria worker for the Farmers Valley School, and the Smethport High School, retiring in 1992. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a former member of the Farmers Valley Church for many years, where she had taught Sunday school. She was currently a member of the Coryville Church of Faith. She is survived by: one daughter: Valerie J. Caskey of Olean, NY one son: Steven L. Ault of Eldred five grandchildren: Randy (Miya) Caskey, Richard Caskey, Tiffany (Chris) Burr, Matthew (Nichole) Caskey and Brandon Forness four great-grandchildren: Meryk Ault, Lorelai Burr, Mitchell Caskey and Maverick Caskey four step great-grandchildren two sisters: Marilyn Brown of Farmers Valley and Joanne Limerick of Bradford and several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents and former husband, Lucille was preceded in death by a son, Harold K. Ault, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 20th at noon in the Coryville Church of Faith, with the Rev. Karmon Wood, pastor, officiating.
