Port Allegany - Peter J. O'Brien, 78, of Port Allegany, husband of Pamela, passed away Saturday (December 16, 2017) in the Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport. In keeping with Peter's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc., Port Allegany.
