Obituary of Phyllis J. Miller

Smethport - Phyllis J. Miller, 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior and joined the love of her life on Thursday (March 8, 2018) at Sena Kean Manor, Smethport. Born May 8, 1926 in Kane, she was the daughter of Meda Stoddard. Phyllis was raised by her beloved grandparents, Joseph "Patsy" and Jennie Stoddard and grew up in Cyclone. In November, 1945, she married Frank John Miller, who passed away on May 19, 2016. Phyllis enjoyed preparing her famous homemade pizza and homemade noodles for church gatherings and for friends and family. Surviving are: two sons: Gary Miller of Bradford and Stanley (Lisa) Miller of Ohio one daughter: Judy Miller of Ormsby one sister: Myrna Keith of Eldred several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents, one brother and one sister, a beloved daughter-in-law, Linda Miller, and a beloved grandson, David Miller. At Phyllis' request, there will be no visitation and a private funeral service will be held. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette Twp.
