Obituary of E. Elinor Faull

Smethport – E. Elinor Bonnett Faull, 98, of Greenhurst, NY, passed away Sunday (December 16, 2018) in the Heritage Green Rehab & Skilled Nursing, Greenhurst.

 

She was born Dec. 9, 1920 in Smethport, one of six children of Albert and Mable Galpin Sebring.  She was first married to Jack Bonnett and then to William Faull, who both preceded her in death.

 

Elinor graduated from Edinboro Teachers college and taught over 30 years at Titusville Schools in Pennsylvania.  She was co-owner of Cross Creek Hunting and Fishing Preserve with Jack Bonnett and Tom Harmon.

 

Elinor loved outdoor activities, travel, gardening, and was a well known local artist.  She was a longtime member of St. James Episcopal Church in Titusville and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Smethport.

 

Elinor especially loved her family.  She is survived by her four children: Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Nancy) Watson, Mr. and Mrs. John (Arlene) Bonnett, Mr. and Mrs. Michael (Pamela) Palmer, and Mr. and Mrs. David (Deborah) Stewart; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

 

She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

 

Private services will be held with the family.
