My memories of Anne...are that she was always a WONDERFUL mother to her little girls, CiCi and Fia...as they were known on our street. Anne always was with her girls, interested, supervising and playing with them. Many a day, Anne would sit on the sidewalk and just draw for long periods of time with her daughters with chalk.
Endless walks, play time and just being a good Mom. That's what I remember most about Anne.
I lived 2 doors down from Anne for a few years. I watched her with her family often...and always thought, of all the other Moms I know...Anne really devotes herself to her kids.
My heart broke for the girls when I heard about Anne's passing...but I know John will take care of them well.
Please always remember to keep Anne's love alive in her girls...remind them what a good Mom she was and how much she loved them...often.
My daughter Molly sends her LOVE and feels just horrible that Miss Anne is gone.
Our entire street just fell apart at the news. I am so, so sorry to the entire family for the loss of a wonderful person.

I finally met Elizabeth Anne and her family and thought she was everything Mary said. Her little girls were something to behold. Anne and I met a couple of years ago when our daughters were in the same preschool class. Our daughters quickly became the best of friends, and so did Anne and I. For over 2 years we saw each other nearly every day, and often spent several hours together just talking, talking, talking while the girls played. I was so sad when they moved to WY 3 months ago, but to lose her permanently now is almost unbearable. My thoughts go out to John, Ceci and Fia. Those sweet little girls who I got to know so well - please know that your Mom loved you more than anything.

There are soooo many memories. My favorites, though, are all of the times that Aunt Annie stayed up until 4:30 in the morning with April and I just talking. We talked about everything in our lives, and Aunt Annie treated us as equals, not as kids. We could go to her for advice about literally everything. I'm going to miss that terribly.
