We will certainly miss you Mrs. Johnson! For the 42 years we have been coming down to Smethport from Canada you were always there to help us enjoy our weekends. We spent many afternoons at Gifford Hollow with you and Mr. Johnson pushing the kids on the porch swing and then enjoying a great meal especially your Homemade soup! In later years you would still take Carol-Susan overnight at your apartment so we could go out for the evening. We especially remember when we came down a year ago (pre-Covid) on Easter weekend and we were going to be leaving on the Sunday morning to go home. You thought that we were not going to have an Easter dinner so you prepared a beautiful ham and sweet potatoes dinner on the Saturday for us so we wouldn’t miss it. Those are the kind of things of how we will fondly remember you. Rest In Peace Mrs. Johnson.
