Port Allegany - David N. Bayline, 42, of Port Allegany, died Saturday (October 31, 2009), from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born March 5, 1967 in Olean, NY, a son of Michael and Katherine Cowan Bayline. On May 2, 2009, in Port Allegany, he married Theresa K. Slevenski, who also died Oct. 31, 2009, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.. Mr. Bayline was a graduate of Port Allegany High School and attended Clarion University from 1985 to 1989. David worked as an insurance agent for 20 years for the Bayline Insurance Agency, Port Allegany. David was an avid fan of all Penn State sports, especially football. He was a member of the Penn State Nittany Lion Club, Konenea Christian Fellowship, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Port Allegany United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother: Scott (Paula) Bayline of Port Allegany, PA Paternal GrandParents, Joseph and Dorothy Bayline of Port Allegany, PA; niece, Haley Bayline of Port Allegany, PA; step daughters, Sarah Wiley Skipp and Lauren Wiley of Downingtown, PA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 5-8PM at Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes, Inc, 105 N Main St, Port Allegany, PA. Funeral and committal services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, Nov. 4, from the Port Allegany United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Randall Headley, pastor, officiating.
