Our sincere sympathy to Denny, Paul, Rob, Mick and their families on the passing of Ms. Doris. Also to Bill, Jim, Tom, Bernard and their families. Ms. Doris and Woody were like an extra set of parents to a whole bunch of us guys that played sports with all of the family members. They opened up to us like we were some of their kids. Ms. Doris and her ever present kindness will be greatly missed by all!

So sorry to hear of your mom's death. Losing a mother is one of the hardest things in this world. My heart and prayers go out to the whole family. Our families were friends for many years, from going to school and working to gether as our mothers did and all the other memorable times, they are all good memories to have and may Doris rest peacefully in God's arms eternally.

My sincerest of condolences to the Maynard family. My fondest memories of our mothers are all of the pies Doris and Peggy made for the fair, baseball games, and cafeteria food...You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry for your loss. Doris was a very special lady and had much love for her family. When I would make visits to Lakeview she was always at the back door greeting people and always knew everyone eagerly waiting for her bingo or card game to get started.
