Obituary of Carolyn A. Brow

Port Allegany - Carolyn A. Brow, 77, of, Port Allegany, died Sunday (May 12, 2013) in the Lakeview Senior Care & Living Center, Smethport. She was born Sep 18, 1935 in Coudersport, a daughter of W. G. and the late Lela Maggie "Midge" Lane Rumsey, On Sept. 4 1963 in Reno, NV; she married Warren L. Brow, who died June 23, 1990. Mrs. Brow was a graduate of Port Allegany High School. Mrs. Brow was an Office Clerk, employed by Salts Tannery and Walti-Schilling slaughter house both in Santa Cruz, CA. Xerox in Rochester, NY and George Rapp Insurance in Port Allegany. She is survived by Two sisters: Peggy Joan Long of Victor, NY, Sister Margaret Rumsey of Tampa, FL One brother: W. G. Rumsey, Jr. of Omaha, NE Step Son, Jeffrey Brow of Carson City, NV; Step Daughter, Sharon Thomas of Elliston, MT. 9 Step Grandchildren and 4 Step Great Grandchildren 2Nieces and 5 Nephews Mrs. Brow was preceded in death by her parents and husband There will be no visitation. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family Burial will be in the St Gabriel's Cemetery, Port Allegany. Memorials may be made to S.W.
