Growing up with Phil was a pleasure - a very sweet & kind person. He had lived across the street from my sister so I saw him overtime I was at home.
I know he had health issues & difficulty walking; know he is in a good place now.
RIP, Phil. Best to all you've left behind.
We are so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. He was a good man. We had the honor of meeting him and becoming "camp friends" at Lamoka Lake. He truly will be missed.
I have not seen Phil in many years but I remember him fondly as my first boyfriend in jr high school. I know he will be missed. Hugs go out to all, Shirley and Judy especially.
